I had the privilege of writing for my alma mater, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, this week. I tried my best to distill some practical issues that I believe apply across the board regardless of the church context. In the almost four years I’ve been at College Street, by God’s grace I’ve lasted when I shouldn’t have. I believe the Lord put several practical matters in place that have been essential for success.
